Purchasing a home is a decision that takes careful consideration. Selecting a REALTORŪ to assist you along the way should be treated with equal care. I start by assisting my buyer clients in finding the best financing for their individual situation. Once financing is laid out, I enter the parameters of what kind of home best suits your needs into my computer. By the time that most consumers see newspaper ads for homes, they are frequently under contract. I search the appropriate databases everyday to help you find new listings before your competition. I can even preview the homes to be certain they will meet your needs and to save you time. Another service I offer to those clients who are always tight on time is to digitally photograph potential homes and e-mail the photos to them. this can often be done within hours of a property coming on the market. Once you decide to make an offer to purchase a home, I will assist and represent you throughout the entire transaction. The good part, this is available at no cost to you!

But we would need to sell our home first, how does that work?

If you currently own a home that you will need to sell in order to move, it is important to follow these simple steps in order to achieve a smooth transition.
1. Get to know the current market conditions and availability. Is what you want available and in your price range? What is the current market value of your home? I help my clients to quickly and efficiently establish where they are, where they want to go and just how they can get there.

2. If you decide to make a move, get your home for sale now. Sellers in today's fast paced market are not likely to consider your offer if you have not yet listed your home for sale.
3. When selling your home, be certain to include a contingency based on your finding and being able to purchase a replacement.
4. When selling and moving into a new home, be certain you choose a real estate professional you trust and feel comfortable with. There are a lot of important details in assuring a hassle-free move.
